Honestly, I have to tell you all- my designs have small parts, and parts that are wired in, that could be torn off. Therefore, I say they are NOT KID-FRIENDLY. *They are a choking hazard*. HOWEVER, feel free to use your best judgement. They are perfectly fine for an older child that understands the danger of putting things in their mouth, etc. You know the child you are purchasing for, and I will leave that to you. :)
I don't often take special orders, mostly on a case by case basis. If you would like something specific, please reach out to me, (you can use the contact tab on the page!) and we can chat about it! Recent experiences have led to me requiring full payment up front. An estimate of time to completion will be provided to you. Please allow grace, as I have to order supplies, but I will keep you abreast of any changes!
I do provide tracking for items shipped within the US. Generally, you can expect your items in about a week. During busy holiday times, it may take longer, so please allow extra time! Please also keep in mind that once it leaves my hands, I can assist you if you have an issue, but I am limited, just as any human is. If something occurs, please be assured that I will make it right!
In order to provide the best service to you, I often check with different carriers to see which has the fastest shipping, at the most reasonable price. I do pass these savings along to my customers, because I know shipping is expensive! Generally, I use USPS the most, and UPS on occasion.
I can absolutely ship outside the US. The cost will be higher than domestic shipping in the US, and I am not responsible for delays or additional costs occurred when a package passes through customs. I do my best to avoid issues, and will help where I can!
Ugh, we all hate that. While I try my best to pack things snuggly, I know things happen. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please take pictures of the package as well as the contents, as I do pay for insurance, and I will need them! Then we can work on getting you a similar replacement, or a refund. (Remember- my items are one of a kind, so I can't promise an exact replica, but I will do my best!)
